Why isn't Sim 2 working on my Lumia 630?

Sim 2 not working in Lumia 630

I got Lumia 630 for my father, since he is into business, he has 2 sims. Since the new phone switched on, there is no network in Sim2 even after changing sims.
Pls help me or suggest me something on this. I am worried.. Dad is screwing since I bought it from e-commerce website.

Sim 2 is not working or sim slot 2 is not working.

did u try to forcefully insert or remove from the sim slot, if so the pins might have got damaged or misaligned.
