How do I deactivate ALL roaming (not just data) on Verizon HTC Windows Phone 8X?

I'm on PagePlus which uses Verizon as it's home network, but allows roaming on Sprint UsCellular etc (for extra charge). In settings I can turn off data roaming, but how do I turn off ALL roaming?
