Anyway to deal with the outrageously quiet volume of the Icon?

I have my phone set to vibrate and have chosen the most obnoxious ring tone that I can deal with and I still don't hear the phone if it's in my pocket.

What have y'all done to deal with this?

The volume is also a bit "soft" for my Lumia 1020, but to deal with this I keep my phone in my pocket such that the speaker (at the bottom of the L1020 (I don't know where this is for the Icon), not the ear piece used in calls) is facing upward and outward the pocket.
