Should I have installed something before I installed Bluestacks (Surface Pro 3)?

Surface Pro 3: Installing Bluestacks

Trying to install Bluestacks app player but it doesn't work after I launch the installer... The cmd window flashes and then nothing happens... I've installed all windows updates to make sure I have the latest graphic drivers but still doesn't work... Did you have to do anything before you installed it on your device? I received the device just yesterday.

Maybe fiddle with compatibility settings?

Try running it as admin maybe?
