how can i change my Microsoft account in my lumia 520 ?

Previous day i upgraded my windows 8 to 8.1 . After that am unable to use my store because of i forgot my password for the account and also i don't have enough details to recover . So i just created another account but not able to add this and not able to remove the existing.

Once you enter the Microsoft Account as a primary Microsoft Account then you won't be able to remove it. Hard-resetting the phone is the only option
