I have windows phone 8.1 developer but i want android on the phone because the apps in windows phone are so bad i hate them is there a way my phone info is under here:

There is no way for you to put Android onto your Lumia 520, no.

Do what I did, pick up an older, not-too-shabby phone for cheap and enjoy.

The lumia or any other wp device works differend than a droid. There are a lot of bumps in the way, hardware issues, bootloader and the main os. Besides that you need something to flash it with so you need a hardware connection to your phone and develop the software to communicate between your pc and the phone in order to flash the rom.
This sounds simpler than it realy is.
A lot of great minds have already tried it with no succes.
So if you think you can outsmart them pick up the challenge and go for it.
But in order to save you some time and money just buy a Droid.
Believe me you are a lot better of with buying then trying

What amazes me is not how many times it has been asked, but that it is even being asked in the first place!!

It always happens. It was particularly bad during the Windows Phone 8.1 + Lumia Cyan rollout.
I just try to accept it happens and guide people to existing threads. Or at least toss in some sass.

Android is installed on 99% of all the phones that get manufactured... There isn't room for another phone with Android.
