Why isn't my Lumia 620 working?

Windows Central Question

am using lumia 620 and it isnt loading?

It is briefly showing Nokia then the battery icon shows up saying charging

try a soft reset. No loss of data.
Press volume down and power button at the same time till it vibrates and let go.
