Recently, I have been experiencing some troubles with my Surface 2 as I would be using it, while unplugged, and it would sometimes randomly turn off. This seldom occurred. However, the frequency of this anomaly increased and now it has come to the point where I cannot unplug the device from the charger because it turns off.
I checked the battery and it says:
"90%, plugged in, not charging."
And it hasn't changed in quite a while.
Please help.
