Why won't my existing Microsoft account recognize my password?

My existing microsoft account won't recognise my password

To keep things simple I have one account for email etc and when I try to download apps to my Nokia Lumia 530 phone it won't recognise the password.

Go to your Microsoft Account online with a PC Browser and use the Forgot My Password option to get a reset link...

​Reestablish the account on the phone with the new password.

I'm fed up with microsoft every time I try to reset my password all get is try again later .I'm not satisfied with Microsoft.I have had windows for ages and have windows 10 now .

Please sort this out now.

RumouredNow is correct. You may want to contact MS for help. They offer live chat support so you should be able to get help pretty quick.

Out of interest though, did you try the reset password link on mobile and desktop? Did it error on both?
