Why am I getting the error 805a8011?

could anybody help me out in getting away with error 805a8011. i have been facing this problem from 3 months and after repeated emails to microsoft customer care, it is not yet resolved.

please let me know if you have any suggestions to rectify this error.

What device are you using? What OS version and firmware version are you running? What steps have you taken that have resulted in you seeing that error?

How much free space do you have on your phone? Maybe that is the problem.
