Microsoft Health - network error. How to solve?

I bought microsoft band. I installed Microsoft Health application and when I run the application I see following messege:
"Network Error
Something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again."
When I click again I have the same messege after few seconds. I am from Poland. I have US region in phone and English.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Delete the app and re-install it. That worked for me to get rid of this error.

Reinstall app not helped. Reinstall android also not helped...
