Why isn't my screen rotating on my Lumia 1020?

My screen will not rotate on my Lumia 1020

I've tried powering down, shutting off wifi, and of course changed the setting of rotation on my phone. Nothing works, any other solutions?

Check that your accelerometer is still working by installing ANY diagnostics app that has an accelerometer gauge from the Windows Phone Store. Just type in "accelerometer" and "tools" in the search bar.
