Why are my songs rearranging themselves on my Xbox music on WP 8.1?

Playlist problems on Xbox music on WP 8.1

I'm rearranged my playlists many times, yet they go back to the old ordering after i open the app after some time. Also, sometimes, the songs rearrange themselves. And another problem is that songs keep getting deleted themselves, sometimes they become grayed out, sometimes they vanish. I've tried putting my music on both the phone and sd card and it doesnot solve the problem.

Same thing happens to me, I thought I was losing my mind! So I'm glad someone else is experiencing this, but it doesn't help us! Help!!
