Lumia Denim Update for my 525

Today I got a popup window saying new update is available to download. I was so excited. Don't know why my phone is addressing the update as a critical update. Whatever the reason is, I don't know. But now, I want to know that how much data I need to update from cyan to denim? Because I have a limited data plan it's very necessary to know this before I start the update.
Anyone know that please help me. Thanks in advance

It's reported out India that it is 250 mb. So you need WiFi because there is a max of 100 mb on cellular data downloads.
And yes "firmware" updates are tagged as critical by Microsoft.

This was for the 520. The 525 has a about the same spec. So should be about the same size. But I do not know it for sure.
