[Help] My Samsung S4 doesn't ring on Viber?

I always find myself missing Viber calls and assume I didn't hear them. I don't know why my Samsung S4 doesn't wring ? Can you help me.

Trade your phone for a windows phone....as you can see we here are very helpful and even help our competitors... So go on..... Trade that galaxy for a lovely Lumia with tiles that flip and change pics, 4k recording on high end device, surround sound, heck... Even our 18 month old device has a 41 megapixel camera
