How do I stop my screen from magnifying in my pocket?

Problem with magnifying screen

I have a lumia 535 and had a lumia 720 before that. I seem to be pressing a shortcut that gets the screen to magnify 'excessively' i.e. I can read an entire text on one screen. This often happens when I have locked the screen and put it in my pocket, so I'm guessing there is a shortcut I'm activating unknowingly. Any ideas what short cut that is? And more importantly how to turn it off or revert to normal screen size? Right now I have to turn off the phone and turn it back on again.

Shortcut to magnifier is double tapping with 2 fingers.. Same reverts it back too.. To turn it off, go to settings and then find "ease of access".. Their scroll down and turn the magnifier off..
