How do I transfer Onedrive backup to a different Onedrive account?

Transferring onedrive backup to a different onedrive account

Ok here's the deal. Switched to a different microsoft account on my pc and laptop. Phone still uses the old one. I have app data backed up through my windows phone to onedrive. but that's on the old onedrive/microsoft account. I want to use that old backup, with my new microsoft account

Does microsoft provide a transfer service of this device backup to a different onedrive account?

If so, how to do it?

To my knowledge, you can't merge two MS/OneDrive accounts together.
You also have the problem where your apps are locked to an MS account, and again can't be transferred.

Your best bet is to transfer all the data from the new MS/OneDrive account to the old MS account (the one the phone uses), and then delete the new account.
