Windows 10 Technical Preview keeps redoing the Update process

Hello guys,
I'm facing a strange problem..I've downloaded Windows 10 Technical Preview 3 times until now !! Every timesl it finishes downloading, it says installing then after about 15 min or something it starts downloading AGAIN from 0%!!! What is wrong???
I'm downloading it Through Windows Update...Windows 7 Professional.

Windows update is for W7 updates. You'll need to mount the ISO onto removable media, then boot (or dual boot) from there.

But it says that my PC is compatible with updating to the Preview through Windows update I believe?...
So i have to download it using ISO..?

With your type of issue, it will probably be best to use an ISO indeed. Also, it's far more stable to have a clean install of this latest build. Upgrades are buggy on this version

Microsoft has to translate into many languages, and the voice actor has to say those too. Easier said than done.
