Why aren't my System - email+accounts opening up?

System - email+accounts is not opening up

Windows 8.1 - None of the e mail account is opening up for the last 4 days ( Gmail, Yahoo, windows live )

Does it immediately crash back to the home screen? Have you tried and performed a soft reset? This usually fixes issues like that.
