No scanner is installed. Install a scanner and try scanning again.
Hi,
Basically, i want to import my pictures and videos from my Lumia 1020, onto my pc. So i go on windows explorer and right click on my phone, then import pictures and videos and then it pops up with the error - No scanner is installed. Install a scanner and try scanning again. It never used to do this before i reinstalled windows.
