Why am I unable to install Windows 10 Technical Preview?

Unable To Install Windows 10 Technical Preview

I have downloaded the ISO file but it keeps on saying installation has failed without giving any details of the error... after going to the insider site and click on upgrade it says yr pc does not meet the system requirement or language not supported.. should I switch my language to ENG-US? Cuz im using windows 8.1 right now and I knw my hardware supports windows 10..

Go ahead and switch the PC to Eng and give it a try again

But I'm already using English As the lauguage.. its ENG-INDIA but... cuz im staying in India
