What should the (##634#) lifetime counter state when I get a new phone?

what should the (##634#) lifetime counter state when i get a new phone?

Hi guys, sorry for the rather silly question but I really don't understand how to read the lifetime counter.
I saw some posts online stating it should be 00:00:00 while some people are stating it should state otherwise.
I just need a straight answer what number should I see when I get a new phone?

I would expect zero, however I would also expect the manufacturer to do some testing before shipping, though that would be in the minutes not hours...
