I hv lumia 925. Why i am not able to download gdr1 update . Is it limited to preview users

When i check settings-> phone updates. It says your phone is up to date. I wanna update my phone with gdr1 update for windows 8.1

Maybe your device is already up to date? The features that were last introduced in the Preview builds have been rolled out as a combination of OS and firmware update, labeled Denim. If that's what you're after, it might just not be available for your device/region/carrier yet.
