Can Arabic language be added to Lumia 925?

Can i add arabic language to lumia 925 in Egypt ?

Yes
Go to settings > language > there you can pick the language you want to add.
For downloading you may need WiFi.
After picking a language you need to restart your phone and your phone will startup with your new language.

If you only want Arabic for your text input go to settings > keyboards > + and add the keyboard language you want.
