First update after installing technical preview on phone, downloaded but couldn't be installed. Did

I got an update just now on windows 10 technical preview .Error: Update downloaded but couldn't be opened . Tried 6 times, but the same error. And also windows insider app just disappeared.

Just to confirm, there is no update. (unless your phone got a firmware update)

Yaa... Just figured out.... It was a firmware update as i enabled preview for developers. Disabled it, and there's no update available. But, what should i do about the windows insider app. It's not there in the app list. Should I hard reset?
