Why is the Xbox Music App deleting songs from my playlists?

I'm using Media Monkey to Sync my playlists in PLA format. When it's done, I have my playlists in both the original music app and the Xbox Music app. Xbox Music will initially show these as having the right number of songs, but after a while, it will delete 90% of these songs from the playlist. Then then show as missing in the original music app as well. However, if I never view the playlists in the Xbox Music App, there's no issues. All of the songs play fine in the original music app.

WTF is the Xbox Music App doing?

I despise that app. It always screws up my playlists. I use the mixradio app and it works flawlessly.
