Easiest way to copy a photo from one drive?

Hi guys I wanted to post a picture to FB from my camera role. But I wanted to do a little photo shop first. I thought I could just open one drive and copy the photo to my desktop instead of plugging in my phone, but I could not figure out how to do that.
Is their no way to do it .

If you open OneDrive on your PC you can copy it to your desktop.

Or even open it , in OneDrive, with PhotoShop and edit it and save it again to OneDrive.
