While Downloading Apps , it links to Microsoft Account

I tried to download some Free apps from Store, while downloading it linking to Microsoft account. I have logged in that but don't know how to proceed. I have added basic information , And I can see links -- No balance in ur account.... Plz help me to download Apps...

which app you are trying to download? Where exactly you have put in MS account details?

Please do NOT put specifics related to your Microsoft Account here. NO email address associated with the account. Users are asked NOT to post personal contact details of any kind. NEVER put any of your passwords on a public forum.... The quoted post above was not fully thought out. I'm sure ssapre only wants to help, but your Account details being posted to a public forum are not a good idea.

ssapre is on the correct track. There is obviously an issue with your Microsoft Account or your Store Account.

Quite possibly the former.

Try logging onto your Microsoft Account on a PC browser and examine your account settings for any discrepancies. Make sure the Microsoft Account on your phone matches and can sync.
