Is there an app for location of phones that will work on WP, iPhone, and Android phones?

My son has an iPhone and my daughter has an Android phone and I am looking for an app that will run on all three of these phones. My wife has a dumb phone and I have that fixed. I have a WP8.1 and so I am looking for an that will connect all of us.
