Can not download Windows 10 pro preview update

When I am searching for update windows 10 pro preview this error massage show... "0x8024001e', how to resolve this. I have dual boot installation. Win 7 & win 10 pro preview on different drive hdd. Plz help!

CMD with admin
Type following commands one by one:

net stop wuauserv

cd\windows

rename SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bck

net start wuauserv
restart
or download ISO

Should I type above command in win 7 boot or Win 10 boot?
