Moliplayer vs vlc

I have installed moliplayer pro on my Lumia 1020, but I notice that only videos in camera roll are listed in the player. I thought it should function like vlc or mx player. What's this moliplayer all about, pls?

MoliPlayer has no problem showing me videos from any properly labeled folder on internal storage or SD card.

Folder must be labeled "Videos" exactly. No quote marks, capital V.

Open Moliplayer and allow adequate time for it to scan...
