How do I resolve the error when trying to update to the latest build?

Windows Central Question

I get the following error when trying to use Windows Update, "fbl_impressive Professional 10061 - Error 0x80246018". I am still on Build 10041 because I was getting the same error code when trying to update previously to Build 10049. Other updates such as Windows Defender and Security Updates install fine, but I can't get the update to the latest build.

Is it possible to get an ISO of the latest build?
