Hi, my surface pro 3 (i3)has suddenly done something strange and I don't specifically know what it is, and whether it is bad or not. Whenever I touch the windows start button, it makes a strange loud metallic static crackling sound. It started happening when I was drawing on One Note and playing around with the pen, when suddenly the pen started glitching out. It was hard to press undo, and when I touched the windows button next to it on the edge of the screen this strange sound occurred. I don't know whether the pen had anything to do with it, so I am just curious if anyone can help. Thanks.
