Perfect Music problem

I downloaded perfect music app through myappfree....afterwards I uninstalled app from phone...today I reinstalled it again but now the app has ads...how to remove them...its asking to pay to remove ads

Ads were introduced after myAppFree promotion. Ads have started popping up after previous two updaes, I believe and you have to buy the app to remove those ads

Alternatively, keep using this app when there is no data connection enabled. Ads won't pop up.
