Why are my Beats Studio Headphones messing up?

Whenever I listen to music or watch a video using my Beats Studios, the audio will stop for about 5-7 seconds, and play the equal amount of time, then it will stop again. Is there anything I can do? Will I have to replace them? Anyplace where I can get them repaired?
