I am trying to download the Windows 10 Mobile Build 10136. But the download got stuck at 8%. The data is getting used, still the percentage isn't increasing. Please help.

How long has it been on 8% for?
I would probably be looking to do a soft reset (power button + volume down until phone vibrates) if it has been over half an hour.
