Movie Creator Beta won't update

Hello, I seem to have a #1 on my Windows Store on my Lumia 930. When I press it it shows me Movie Creator Beta and it says Tap to Retry. I keep trying and it says it can't connect. Anyone else? Is it out of beta?

Duh, turned out it is a 165 MB download and I was using my data plan. But it won't let me - so I had to switch to Wifi.

I hate that. It is my data plan - let me use it!
