I have a new gmail account. I can't add this to my windows 7 laptop.

I get an error message which says ? the server responded 530.5.7.0. Must issue a STARTTLS command first . wx9sm4036077wjb.6-gsmtp?

Can you clarify what you're trying to do? To access gmail you can go into a web browser and go to gmail.com.
