Why can't I install Build 10149

I have been running build 10080 on my Nokia Lumia ICON for two months. However, I am unable to install the latest build on top of it . The OS version is 10.0.12562.84. I have not gotten any automatic updates in over a week. I am on the fast ring. When I check for updates it says that new device is up to date.

Any ideas why I am not getting build 10149?

There was an update bug with Build 10080, to my knowledge. It requires you to rollback to Windows Phone 8.1 and then jump forward to Build 10149. It's annoying but necessary.
