WI-Fi is not working on WM 10 Build 10149 (Lumia 1520), how can I fix it?

WI-Fi is not working on WM 10 Build 10149 (Lumia 1520)

I've just installed Build 10149 on my Lumia 1520. Everything works great except for Wi-Fi. It just does not work. I tried restarting the phone and soft reset.

Does anyone know how can I manage the problem?

Hard reset help for several people or roll back and install W10 again.
