Why wont my nokia 635 Here Drive + let me enter a new location?

I use my Here Drive all the time, over the last week it won't let me enter a new destination. I can click on places I have been before and it will direct me to them no problem. When I type in a new location i get some red dots at the top like its loading or trying to find the location, but it never loads. Left it for an hour trying to find somewhere today but no luck. The location settings are on in both Here Drive settings and phone settings. Anyone got any ideas?

Are you connected to the internet. If not then the address has to be a "perfect" match with the offline stored database. If you are connected to the internet the "address" does not need to be "perfect" because it can find matches in the "cloud".
