Build 10240 PC, Nothing will install.

For some reason im unable to install apps and a security update to my PC, any ways to fix this?

Apparently this is an old issue that occurred on Windows 8, managed to fix it thanks to a previously asked question about this on Microsoft's Q&A help site.
