How to transfer my Lumia 532 Phone contacts to my Laptop?

As back up and to organize the phone contact list I want to transfer the list to my dell laptop, W 8.1. I do have a microsoft account but I am using Google plus as my main system. I do not have a windows mail account and prefer not to have one.
Preference would be using USB but I cannot find the contact list
