How can I get my Windows Tablet to power on?

Windows Central Question

My Windows Tablet is not powering on...

Today morning i upgraded my windows from 8.1 to windows 10 and successfully upgraded my system after working for about 1 hour i re stared my tablet and when it reached to login screen asking my password , entered the password and hit the enter key, suddenly it got switched off ...
Please provide some help
