Unable to sync Microsoft Exchange Account from Lumia 640 XL

When I set up my work email with Microsoft Exchange in my Lumia 640 XL I was able to sync the mails from server. After few days I noticed that it was not syncing via Wi-Fi but only supported from Mobile Data.

Can some one let me know why its not getting synced via Wi-Fi.

And now I am not even able to sync via Mobile Data too.

After manual sync I get an error message as
" We can't connect to mail.office365.com at the moment. Make sure you have a connection, then go to your email account and tap Sync to try again.
This may be because your mobile data connections are turned off.
Error code: 80072EFD "

Kindly let me know why Sync not working via Wi-Fi and Mobile Data as well.

I had a similar issue on my Lumia 625 running WP10 TP. Since rolling back to WP8.1 I am able to sync without any issues (both Wi-Fi and mobile data). What OS are you running?
