Why cant i reserve windows 10 when i have the icon showing up?

When on the windows icon it brings me to the reserve page, but once i click reserve your free copy it brings me to a page that say something went wrong please try again later. what should i do?

Hmm, are you up to date on Windows updates? Did you try a reset? Maybe its only temporary some reason. If you want you can force the update and nothing will be lost or deleted.
