How can I remove the Windows 10 download from my Windows 7 update?

Windows 10 is presently in my Updates. Even if I do not check that I wish to download Windows 10, it does so when I choose any other important or o"unreserved" it and have already removed the R3035583 update (it has since returned as an important update) and Windows 10 remains. I've turned off my updates altogether.
