Aspire M5-583p-5859, windows 10 upgrade, no internet, help?!

I upgraded to windows 10 on my aspire m5-583p-5859 from windows 8.1, now I have zero internet. Hard line, no connection, wifi will find my router but wont connect either. Can someone help please.
