Which is the best stylus for windows?

Windows Central Question

I have Asus transformer tablet and I want to buy a stylus for taking notes. Does Wacom works with Windows? On their websites they only mention iPad ... I would like somethnig that doesn't detect my hand, while taking notes, if it is possible. Thanks for your help!
