Start menu error - windows 10

[WPCentral Question]

I got the following error message: "Critical Error, Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in."

This occurred when I clicked on the window icon in the bottom left hand corner. I have the new windows 10 installed.
This is urgent as we run a business from this device.
